Jacob brings nearly 15 years of computer repair experience to the company. He used to work for Federal Hocking Local Schools as the Network Administrator. During his time there he was responsible for integrating over 500 Mac and PC computers into a congruent system that could flow easily for students, teachers and administration. He also was responsible for upgrading and installing a gigabit backbone and network, network printers, wireless and mobile labs as well as training staff on new systems, technology and software.

After this he spent a couple years in Las Vegas running his own computer repair business called In-Hand Technologies. When moving back to Ohio he became a partner in a mobile communications provider and service corporation before joining the Matrix J team.

Jesse has been doing graphics and digital design work for years as a hobby. He eventually progressed to working part-time for MinuteMan Press for a couple years as their graphics designer. So, those of who have worked with them in the past may recognize Jesse.
