Repair & Maintenance
Matrix J’s repair services include all aspects of hardware and software on both Mac and PC systems. We’ll help by cleaning out viruses, reformatting your system for a fresh start after backing up your data, implementing a full-time backup solution, adding memory, replacing your hard drive, etc. The list goes on and on. Basically, if it’s related to technology and it’s broken or slow we’ll help you figure out the problem and find the right solution. Best of all, if we can’t fix it, you don’t pay! Our services are also not limited to computers. We provide support for iPhones and smartphones, office equipment, point-of-sale, projectors, etc. We can even provide some one-on-one tutoring sessions on a subject of your choice so you can learn how to do something special with your computer or equipment.
All our services are provided on-site or you’re welcome to bring it to our office. If we need to do extended maintenance at our office we’ll deliver your computer when it’s finished. However, what we don’t provide is free diagnosis. Quite honestly we feel it’s a waste of time. The diagnosis is typically the longest part of the repair process and if we spend 45 minutes diagnosing and it’ll take 5 minutes to fix, we’d much rather see you walk
out the door with a working computer than schedule another time to come back for the repair. That’s where our “no fix, no pay” concept comes in to play. “No fix” means if we can’t figure out what’s wrong or we can’t actually figure out how to fix it, then you don’t pay a dime.We have our walk-in office hours posted on the Contact Us page, but we also provide appointments for almost any other time.
