Hi, Josh Kolbe here. I started this business in 2001 with a goal of helping people not feel afraid of technology. Two decades later, my goal is still the same. I like fixing computers, but what I like more is having happy customers appreciate my work. It's not simply about removing a virus or replacing a hard drive. It's making sure your computer or device is working for you, for what you need. I really like it when a customer walks away from an appointment having learned something new.

Since day one I have run this business with a "no fix, no pay" guarantee. If I can't fix it, you don't pay, period. It's a philosophy I feel any service business should have.

You put food on my table, so why wouldn't I want you to be happy?  How else can I thank you for that?
